The Salvation Army is committed to provide emotional and spiritual care/support to those that have been affected by an incident where the Milwaukee Police Department determines the need. Situations happen that challenge individuals, families and communities that require care and support. For these reasons, The Salvation Army Chaplaincy Program (TSACP) was developed. Citizens, police officers and members of all beliefs working together to build relationships with people to foster safe neighborhoods.
